Here’s exactly what data we collect, why, and how you can control it. §1 Who We Are anyai.fyi provides generative AI search tools, AI directory insights, and optimization analysis for website operators, creators, and users exploring AI capabilities. §2 Data We Collect When you use anyai.fyi, we collect and process the minimal amount of data necessary to provide our services: Submitted URLs & Queries: When you submit a URL or search query for AI/GEO analysis, we process and store the URL, hostname, page title, metrics, generated scores, and timestamps. No Account Required: You can use our primary search and check features without creating an account. Contact Information: If you reach out to us via email or contact forms, we temporarily store your name, email address, and the contents of your message. §3 Legal Basis (GDPR) We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): To execute checks, queries, and deliver core features requested by you. Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): To maintain system security, prevent misuse, and continuously improve our algorithms and service quality. Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): Whenever you explicitly request optional updates, newsletters, or email reports. Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): Where retention is required by law. §4 How We Use Data Running analysis and web queries submitted through our platform. URLs or query parameter strings submitted for analysis are fetched by our server only to generate the requested results. §7 Retention Analysis & Query Records: Retained in anonymized or aggregated form indefinitely for comparative analytics, benchmarks, and service performance tracking. Contact Communications: Deleted once your request or inquiry has been fully resolved. Account/UserData (if applicable): Retained for the active lifecycle of the service.
